Is no-contact pick up available?

Absolutely! Call the store at 519-744-5331 when you are here to pick up your order and we will bring it to you. Please be ready at one of these three locations:

• King Street sidewalk planter / seating area (directly in front of Full Circle & The Jump Off)
• 15-minute "curbside pickup" parking space (on King Street directly in front of Full Circle & Mark's Caribbean Kitchen)
• Queen Street North parking lot behind our building (free after 5pm and on weekends)

How fast do I get my order?

For pick-up:

• Ready within 2 days (not including weekends or holidays).
• We will email you when the order is ready to be picked up.

For delivery:

• Next-day delivery (choose between midday or evening delivery)

On holidays, pick-up and delivery will be delayed by one day.

What products can I get?

Nearly all of our products (bulk, dry goods, fresh produce, frozen, dairy, supplements...) are available through the online order system.

How do you pack the bulk items?

We are committed to reducing plastic, therefore all our bulk online orders are packed in paper bags or returnable glass deposit jars.

Do I pay ahead of time?

Yes, you will pay for your items when you place your order. If any of the items you paid for are out of stock, we will refund you the difference in cash or onto your credit card.
