Is no-contact pick up available?
Absolutely! Call the store at 519-744-5331 when you are here to pick up your order and we will bring it to you. Please be ready at one of these three locations:

What products can I get?
Nearly all of our products (bulk, dry goods, fresh produce, frozen, dairy, supplements...) are available through the online shop.
How do you pack the bulk items?
We are committed to reducing plastic, therefore all our bulk online orders are packed in returnable glass deposit jars. Each jar has a $1 deposit, and you can return clean jars to the store for a refund.
Do I pay ahead of time?
Yes, you will pay for your items when you place your order. If any of the items you paid for are out of stock, we will refund you the difference in cash or onto your credit card.
